Dr. Lucy Kiruthu is a well-rounded management practitioner and business strategist on a mission to inspire positive change in business and society.

She holds a Doctorate in Business Administration- Strategic Management from USIU-Africa, an MBA from Park University, MO, USA and a Bachelor of Science in Dairy and Food Technology from Egerton University.

She utilizes her practical skills and experiences in management to support organizations and individuals scale new heights. She has 20 years of experience leading change and is passionate about enterprise development, leadership and service excellence.

As a business advisory services provider and a knowledge partner, she is committed to supporting her customers to reach their full potential.

Lucy has over the last 11 years offered business transformation services customized to the needs of her customers. She has supported many organizations in mapping out their strategic direction and in designing their customers’ experiences. Some of the companies that she has worked with include Brookside Dairy, Java House, Synthesys Systems, Optiven Limited, Stima Sacco, Shelloyees Investment Company, Amica Savings and Credit, TAG Dairy among others

Her major areas of achievement include; supporting design and execution of business strategies, providing leadership development and guiding in transformative strategies for over 20 organizations, coordinating the development of organization-specific training programs delivered to over 4000 staff members on organizational development, leadership, customer experience, teamwork, and communications, has mentored 5 enterprise founders on strategic leadership as well as operational planning. Further, Lucy was a facilitator with the greatness Business club an initiative of Wylde International, is a consultant with the Stanford SEED Program and a facilitator at the USIU Africa SME Academy. She is also an adjunct faculty at USIU-Africa Chandaria School of Business where she teaches entrepreneurship, business operations and strategic management.
