Dr. Ruth Kirigo Kimathi

Doctor Ruthy is a Corporate Intrapreneur with over twenty years work experience   across different sectors on the economy both in public and private enterprises where she has served in different capacities as an employee and as a Consultant. Some milestones to her credit include lead consultancy in Organizational Restructuring and Culture Change Program for a leading Aviation entity and a Non-Governmental Organization. This is in addition to providing consultancy services in Policy development, monitoring and evaluation of Projects, Performance Measurement and Understanding, Curriculum Development and Systems Audit among others.  Dr. Ruthy is involved in a number of Philanthropic activities as well as community leadership and sits as Board member to a number of Secondary Schools. Dr. Ruthy believes that the Academia could act as a catalyst in bringing the desired positive paradigm change that any society craves to realize. This is possible through creating linkages with different players and maximizing on the synergies as envisioned in DAEA.

Dr. Ruthy holds a PhD degree in Business Administration and Management; Master of Business Administration (MBA); Master of Arts (MA) in Labour Management; Post Graduate Diploma in Education; Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management; and a Bachelor of Arts Degree.  She holds a host of certificates in diverse areas including Transformational Leadership, Curriculum Development, Policy Formulation, Civil Aviation and Change Management. She is a certified Public Mediator (CPM) and ISO Lead Auditor.
